As learning professionals, we know it\u2019s one thing to learn about something in theory, but quite another to put theory into practice on actual projects. To help you with this, we\u2019ve created The Elearning Design Challenge Series. Each series takes you through the design and development of real elearning projects to help you learn to convert learning theory into effective and engaging instruction.<\/p>\n

The first post in each series will introduce you to a volunteer and their project. From there, the posts will involve you in the process to create an effective solution. We will define the goals of the project, key behaviors and skills, and cook up some awesome designs to meet the learners\u2019 and organization\u2019s needs. Each series will end with a working prototype so you can see how it all comes together.<\/p>\n

We invite you to participate in the process by posing questions, similar challenges you face, and possible solutions. Our conversations will help all of us become better learning professionals.<\/p>\n

Before we begin, we\u2019d like to point out that we\u2019ll be using many methods from Cathy Moore\u2019s Elearning Blueprint<\/a>. If you\u2019d like to learn more about her process, here\u2019s a quick introduction:<\/p>\n\n\n
